Lorraine has spent nearly four decades coaching construction leaders transform their companies from well-kept secrets into market authorities. She began her career in 1986 as the Marketing & Advertising Director for a six-location building materials supplier—a role she took on with no formal marketing experience and a steep learning curve. Through intensive on-the-job training and relentless self-education, she quickly mastered the unique challenges of construction marketing.
Two years later, she launched Cline Design, a creative marketing agency exclusively serving the commercial and industrial construction industry. Her former employer became her first client, and over the next 38 years, she built a reputation as the strategic advisor behind the exponential growth of numerous construction firms, guiding them from $10 million to $100 million in revenue.
Lorraine's superpower is architecting the foundational marketing and relationship systems that create sustainable, long-term enterprise value. She is the strategic mind behind the Contacts to Contracts Framework.
A graduate of Penn State University, Lorraine studied communications and broadcasting (and perfected the art of tailgating at Nittany Lion football games). A Jersey Shore native, she moved to New Hampshire in 1984, where she and her husband Steve enjoy skiing, hiking, and traveling. When not working with clients, you'll find her in the cheese aisle at Whole Foods or tending to her abundant vegetable garden.

She is passionate about solving the unique challenges of implementing modern technology in a traditional industry, providing construction leaders with the digital tools they need to build predictable, scalable growth.
Growing up in the world of construction marketing at Cline Design, Corinne gained an insider's understanding of the industry's challenges. She honed her expertise in digital strategy and data analytics as the founder of Coda Digital Marketing, where she helped businesses implement the systems needed for modern marketing and sales. This unique combination of deep industry knowledge and cutting-edge technical skill allows her to serve as the architect of the CMN platform, ensuring members have the tools to execute their strategic vision efficiently.
Corinne's role at CMN is to be the bridge between strategy and execution. While her mother and co-founder, Lorraine, architects the strategic blueprint, Corinne builds the technology engine that brings it to life. She ensures that every piece of the Contacts to Contracts Framework is not just a concept, but a practical, implementable system that delivers a clear ROI.
Corinne lives in New Hampshire with her husband, Dan, and their son, Henry. When she's not in the office, she's either reading (usually three books at once), knitting, perfecting her sourdough starter, or hiking in the White Mountains with her family.
